As soon as you have completed the payment process, you will receive a confirmation by email.
The payment process has been successfully completed. Why haven't I received a confirmation email?
- Check if there is a typo in your email address.
- Maybe our email ended up in your spam folder by mistake.
- If the spam folder was to blame, it is best to add our email address info@printypaint.de to your address book. So it works right away with the next order.
Why can't I complete the order?
- It's best to reload your page. If that doesn't help, try a different browser.
- Make sure you have filled out all required fields.

How do I pay?
You can conveniently pay by Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna invoice, Sofortüberweisung, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
When will the outstanding amount be paid?
As soon as you have completed the order, the amount will be deducted.

To which countries does PrintyPaint deliver?
We deliver to all European Union countries.
Deliveries to Switzerland:
- For shipments of doormats, posters, canvases, mugs, door signs, pillows, bath mats, blankets and hoodies to Switzerland, PrintyPaint will cover the fees for customs and import taxes. There are NO additional charges to the recipient for these products.
- For deliveries of acrylic glasses, key rings, cuddly toys and other products, the following applies: If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, additional customs duties, taxes or fees may be payable by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The customer is advised to check with the customs or tax authorities for details before placing an order.
- For the delivery of leather pendants to Switzerland we have to charge shipping costs of EUR 39.99, among others for the preparation of export documents. Free shipping is unfortunately not possible in this case.
How long does the delivery take?

- Your personalized design will be processed immediately after receipt of your order, so that printing and delivery can be initiated within a very short time.
- In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to external factors such as public holidays, corona, illness or customs clearance. Thanks to the tracking number that you will receive with the confirmation email, you can check the status of your package (where it is and how long it will take) at any time.

How much does the shipping cost?
- Shipping is free from €45*.
- If the shopping cart is less than €45, shipping costs will be charged. You can find the shipping costs HERE
- If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, further duties, taxes or fees may have to be paid by the customer, but not to the supplier, but to the local customs or tax authorities. The customer is advised to ask the customs or tax authorities for details before placing the order.

Where are the products shipped from?
All products are printed and shipped in the EU.
COMPLAINTS
I have successfully completed the order and would like to cancel the order. Is the?
Unfortunately, no. In order to be able to meet the short delivery times, we will send your order to production immediately after receipt of payment. This process is automated and very complex. For technical reasons, we cannot make any cancellations or changes after the order has been placed. Thank you very much for your understanding.
How can I return or exchange a product?
In rare cases, in the case of defects or incomplete delivery, the 14-day right of return applies from the time your order was delivered. We have provided you with a sample letter in our cancellation policy. After you have filled it out, you can email it to info@printypaint.de . We will contact you to find a solution for you.
